Email support@fintokai.com. Use the email address on your Fintok account when your request concerns account data, billing, a refund, or deletion so the team can verify which account is yours.

• Course or technical support: the page or unit you were using, what you expected, and what happened.
• Billing or cancellation: the email address on the subscription. You can cancel a renewing subscription through Manage billing in your profile.
• First-payment refund: request it within fourteen days of the first payment and identify the subscribed account.
• Privacy request: say whether you want access, correction, deletion, or export.
