Why this was built

AI gets less intimidating when you can actually try it.

People do not all learn the same way. A video is useful when you want to watch someone else. It is less useful when you need to know what you should type, whether your answer works, or what to change next.

That is why I built Fintok as an interactive real estate sandbox. You work through familiar CRE decisions inside the course, using leases, rent rolls, offering memos, and deal questions that look like the work itself.

A video cannot read the answer you just sent. Fintok can, and it responds to the work you actually did.

A little about me

Fintok started as education before it became software.

I started sharing real estate stories online because too much of the industry is explained as if everyone already knows the language. The point was simple: take a complicated deal and make it understandable without talking down to the person learning it.

Across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, that work has now reached more than four million views. More than 28,000 people follow the main Fintok Instagram account. Those numbers matter to me because they show that people want practical real estate education when it is clear, direct, and useful.

The course is the next version of the same idea: stop explaining from a distance, let people try the work, and help them improve while they are doing it.
