FinTok Courses started with a simple observation: commercial real estate professionals are drowning in AI advice and starving for AI practice. Courses were videos. Videos were forgettable. Nothing looked like the actual work.

So this course was built the other way around. A faithful replica of the real tool. Real documents — leases, rent rolls, offering memos. A coach that grades what you actually did.
