What it does
Was an independent AI/ML CRE investment-management and valuation-scoring platform — processed 300+ data sources and 10,000+ attributes across 400,000+ multifamily (then office/retail/industrial) properties to predict property values and flag investment opportunities for institutional investors. JLL Spark invested starting 2018; JLL acquired it outright in August 2021 (raised $28.5M over 5 rounds total) and folded the technology into JLL's internal stack rather than continuing to sell it as standalone software — a second historical example, alongside Enodo, of an AI-underwriting startup that didn't survive as independent software.
