What it does
AI-assisted multifamily underwriting platform — automated rent-roll extraction, instant rent/expense comps, value-add/amenity-ROI modeling, and portfolio monitoring, trained on tens of millions of units and thousands of closed deals per the company. Founded 2016 by Marc Rutzen, Lee Kiser, and Susan Tjarksen; acquired by Walker & Dunlop in Feb 2019 and pulled from the market as a standalone product at the end of 2020, though it now operates/lives on internally as "Enodo by Walker & Dunlop." The clearest example in this category of an early AI-underwriting startup that didn't survive as independent software.
