A headshot generator hands back twenty-four polished portraits in two minutes and answers none of the questions that decide whether any of them can be published. Build the governance layer instead: separate the vendor license from the signed consent, grant only the uses the form version actually named, measure every generated likeness against the person’s own reference photos, put a date and an owner on every stored copy, then hand the release to the Brand and Advertising Compliance Director and run it cold on a second firm whose vendor contract is inverted.
